I've been going to Rhodes auto for years. Extremly happy with the service they provide. I always have my oil changed there and if any other issues arise, they are more than happy to address them.

I have had many repairs and general maintenance done here. I really appreciate their patience when I was dealing with car issues that were a bit more challenging to pinpoint. They always let me know what coupons are applicable to my repairs and advise me of the cost before moving forward with repair. I admit that twice there were phone call exchanges that made me feel a bit personally disheartened, but overall I still find Rhodes to be a reliable mechanic.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could rate this -5 stars I would. I initially called to get E brakes fixed and they recommended other stuff which I stated I didn't want done, then I was saying alright let me think about it and he hung up and started service after I said alright. They stated that it'll be done by noon as I had a pick up to meet. I was charged 3800 to replace the E-brake, brakes, calipers, and rotors plus the starter. Early morning, I called to confirm things was on schedule and he stated that I could pick up at 3, which I reminded him and he stated that he'll try to make the time, he then told me after I called back around noon that I could come by 1 and pick up. They still weren't finished and we waited until 2:30 to leave. They told me that they couldn't finish the ebrake and i have to schedule another appointment and drop it off but charged me for the E brake. The brakes smoked which I assumed were normal but after putting some mileage on them they were still smoking profusely. After 3 days, the truck didn't start as the starter just whirled and didn't crank. I looked under the truck and the screws were very loose. One was already halfway out this yet cost me another missed
